In the excitement of the season it is easy to forget that it is also a great time for Real Estate! Prices are down, Homebuyer Tax Credits are up and Interest Rates are Amazing! Ski Racer or recreational skier Sandpoint Sports has the ski to get you a Head on the slopes! Svein has the knowledge and experience to guide you to the right gear for you and to custom fit your boot! As an instructor I try to help people improve their technique but often students are not properly equipped, I can get a student to try a demo ski but if they do not have a good, well fit boot there is only so much we can do! Ski Tip #1 for 2009: Get a Boot evaluation! The foot is the foundation of your ski stance and the boot is your most important piece of performance gear! How well is yours working?

Ski Racing is not the most popular of American sports and is seldom seen on network television no matter how well the US Ski Team is doing. As a fan it has been challenging and sometimes expensive to see World Cup Racing. So, on discovering a great quality free access I must share the news!

Great Family News!
After living at Life Care assisted living facility for 5 years Grandma Helene has moved in with my mom, her baby, “Mikki Doodle”. 98 year old Helene Wolf is an incredible lady whose energy and enthusiasm for life has inspired her “nation” of 5 children, 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and many in-laws as well as anyone who has ever had the opportunity to know her! Helene Honey’s Budding Business – selling plants at the Sandpoint Farmers Market kept her entertained into her 80’s. Grandma always had amazing gardens specializing in blueberries and golden raspberries. She still enjoys a sunny afternoon in the garden picking…..and eating, cherries! We are so blessed to have our Grandma with us. I am so glad that she has not only the love of her family and friends, but also the day to day care of her daughter in her twilight years.
