Get to Know Me
I am Kristina Kingsland and I have lived in North Idaho since 1976. I attended Sagle Elementary, Priest Lake Elementary, Sandpoint middle school and graduated Sandpoint High class of 1985. After traveling around and living in Cape Cod, Alaska, Hawaii, and the San Juan Islands, I finally realized what a special place Sandpoint is and moved back fulltime in January 1990.
I went to work at Schweitzer in various positions and in 1995 joined the Schweitzer Ski School where I still teach skiing. I have been a member of PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) since ’95 and am a fully certified Alpine, level 1 Telemark, DCL – Divisional Clinic leader and a member of the Junior Education Team Northwest.
I married my husband Tom in 1992. Tom is also a North Idaho local and works in sales and tech support for alternative energy systems.  We live in a small solar powered home we built ourselves from trees we had milled to lumber from our property. We have a daughter Erika born in September 1997 who lights up our lives and shares our passion for snow skiing, mountain biking, organic gardening, and exploring the home we love: North Idaho!
As your REALTOR® I will put my knowledge of the area to work for you and I appreciate the opportunity to help you make your North Idaho dream come true!
