Hello and Happy Spring! I always get asked, “Are you still in real estate?” and although the number of real estate agents grows in boom times and falls when the market flattens out, I am here to stay! I love to be outside, meeting new people and helping them to realize their dreams–whether that is purchasing a lake front home, selling the family farm or skiing a black diamond slope! This newsletter is designed to offer a quick update on what is happening in North Idaho, provide you helpful contact information and a reminder that I am here. If you do not want this communication, please let me know and I will take you off the list. If you know someone who would appreciate getting it, send me their e-mail and I will be happy to include them. If you have a question about what is for sale down the street, have family coming to town who want to know where the local bike trails are, or thought I might know who is selling grass-fed, local beef… reply to my e-mail and put me to work for you!
I am your hometown Realtor, Ski Instructor, neighbor, bike buddy, garden gal, and I am just dropping you a line to say hi!

Lost in the 50’s May 14th-17th 2009 in Sandpoint, Idaho

Spring into action! The Schweitzer 08-09 ski season has come to a close but the fun continues with hiking, biking and soon we will be boating! Here is a photo from the top of Plow Boy Mountain at the North end of Priest Lake. There are so many beautiful places to see that you cannot drive to! Let me know if you need a map.
Go outside and Play!

For the Gardeners – here is a shot of my garden in early May, color is bursting forth and the soil provides a blank palate so full of potential! The grapes and raspberries are leafing out, the garlic is reaching for the sun and the green house is full of starts that will soon be planted.
The Farmers Market opened May 2nd!
